Do you ever feel bogged down? Like your hope has been stolen. Your joy is all but dead.\u00a0<\/span>And your dreams are all but destroyed?\u00a0<\/span>I know that sounds a little dramatic, but many of us have felt those emotions in a very\u00a0<\/span>real way.<\/span><\/p>\n

Stolen. Dead. Destroyed.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

John 10:10 says that our enemy has come to \u201csteal, kill, and destroy.\u201d And we feel that\u00a0<\/span>pain as messy humans. Whether our hopes are dashed for a job, or we\u2019ve lost a baby,\u00a0<\/span>or we\u2019re simply so exhausted by the piles of laundry and pressure to be perfect that we\u00a0<\/span>go to bed numb each night.<\/span><\/p>\n

We need a Savior from this mess.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The good news? We have one. John 10:10 doesn\u2019t stop there.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe enemy has come to steal, kill, and destroy, but I have come that you might have\u00a0<\/span>LIFE, and have it TO THE FULL.\u201d Other translations say, \u201chave it ABUNDANTLY.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Jesus gives life. The life he gives right now is abundantly richer and fuller than we can\u00a0<\/span>image. It is eternal, yet it ALSO begins immediately. I once heard that Jesus is like a\u00a0<\/span>multi-faceted diamond. He gives eternal life, yes! But he also gives life here on earth and\u00a0<\/span>He wants us to live it to the full.<\/span><\/p>\n

What\u2019s the opposite of steal, kill, and destroy?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Give. Revive. And Restore.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Jesus wants to give you abundant life. He wants to revive the dead parts of your heart.\u00a0<\/span>He wants to restore what\u2019s been broken.\u00a0<\/span>But how does he do that? We\u2019ll tell you HOW with some practical steps in Part 3 of\u00a0<\/span>\u201cUNDERCOVER MESS.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
