A dam has\u00a0broken wide open. Words are pouring forth. Stories are unleashed.\u00a0My inbox and my phone\u00a0are brimming\u00a0with words. Your words. You let me peer\u00a0behind your mask, and I am so deeply moved.<\/p>\n

Where do we go from here?\u00a0<\/em>I wonder.\u00a0There are so many of us, seekers of the still. We have stories, real stories, begging to be told.<\/p>\n

Tonight, I received an email from someone with a\u00a0gnawing in her gut to share.<\/em>\u00a0What beautiful words!\u00a0That gnawing could be\u00a0the beginning of\u00a0the still, you know. It just might be God giving you a nudge to unleash.\u00a0<\/em>Perhaps just to Him or to yourself. Maybe to a therapist\u00a0or a trusted fried. Or possibly, to many!<\/p>\n

Where is He gnawing in you? Where are the cracks in your armor that let His\u00a0light shine through?\u00a0Don’t try to stop the unleashing, love. Let it flow from your mouth, or your pen, or your fingertips. It\u00a0may just be your time…to unleash.<\/p>\n

\"31days\"<\/a>This series is not a tidy story of a fairy tale life. \u00a0It is\u00a0messy and truthful. \u00a0For 31 days, I will share pieces\u00a0of my journey, practical coping techniques for dealing with anxiety, spiritual insights,\u00a0emotional struggles, and a whole lot of other. \u00a0I will likely\u00a0\u00a0jump from here to there as the Spirit leads. \u00a0I invite you along\u00a0as\u00a0I share\u00a0my experience, my strength, and my hope.
